Whoa, now wait a minute. Haven't you heard? Chantal is not completely out of the picture yet (though probably will be soon). As of 2 pm today, there is a new invest on the remnants of Chantal, Invest 96L, also being labeled as Disturbance Chantal. So there's a smidgen of a chance that the old lady might return. We'll just have to wait and see.

It is also interesting to note that two different invests, 95L and 96L, have both been associated with the same system. It's probably happened before, but I can't actually say that I remember a time that it has.
