I think the shear might kick in tomorrow after this thing has already stirred up.

All you have to do is put an eye on it and it begins to look like a stable storm.

I don't know what more it takes to officially call this a storm. This one seems like it may have enough.

Also, I don't see any problems with dry air, SAL, or troughs in the near future...

So I don't know what will stop this thing from growing over the next 18 hours, especially when it gets dark.
