Tropical depression Ingrid has moved into Mexico and will continue to produce life- threatening flooding before dissipating on Wednesday. A tropical wave over the Western Caribbean will move over the Yucatan peninsula and then should move out into the Bay of Campeche on Wednesday or Thursday as a disorganized system. The system may begin to develop though as the environment becomes more favorable for development. If it does develop is should develop slowly as it moves northwest or even north. A weak cold front should move off the Southeast Texas coast on Saturday and steer the system off toward Florida if it doesn't dissipate. www.srh.noaa.gov/hgx
