Convection is beginning to move back over the center

NHC mentions that interaction with a small trough briefly could enhance convection and allow shear to wane a bit before meeting up with the much stronger and bigger trough that is associated with Winter Storm Atlas. SE LA. will get significant weather from this storm. Also, all the rigs south of SE LA. and MS. are going to feel the affects.
