Subject: Improper use of NOAA logo

An article was recently post on the Pensacola News Journal's website
about a company that is making some rather ridiculous claims:

http://www.pnj.com/story/news/2015/08/19/nsc-says-tropical-storm-danny-threat-florida/32007005/

They failed to point that out, but upon visiting their website I
noticed that the NOAA logo is prominently displayed next to their own
on every page:

(link to website)

I feel this is exceptionally misleading and wanted to point it out to
someone at NOAA. I was not sure who the best person to contact was, so
I am sending this to you, the webmaster. If you could please pass this
on, or let me know who I should contact, I would appreciate it.

Thanks.

Christopher Hollis

The Gannett email I sent was rejected. They reject all mail basically from their email server unless they know who it comes from. Maybe PNJ will still get theirs.

There seems to be at least several people behind this entity, so I think this is different from some of the past instances that were kind of like this.
