At least it was made a little better based on feedback. (clearer it is not official)

Although I think this version will stay.

Latest GFS run works for me too. All this rain is probably why, in part, that sinkhole opened again in the region. ( http://www.wtsp.com/story/news/local/2015/08/19/sinkhole-swallowed-seffner-man-reopens/32011091/ ) 2 years ago someone died when the sinkhole opened and Wednesday it opened up again. I hope we don't see a lot more.
