| It's about direction of movement vs shear if this was forecast to continue west NHC would not have said that. The storm will be moving with the shear from the south while moving N.E & the trough will inject energy into the system but the system will just not have enough time to strengthen much once it gets into a south wind shear situation. Also some think that upper lows can aid develoment while S.W or N.E of a system to aid the outflow does not apply to this though. |
