I was trying to find some of the highest, which is hard to do. I found that one with wind around 95 knots at the surface and a little over 120 knots 1 km up.

And I forgot to add that the SHIPS output I got was from the bottom of this folder:

And I meant to point out that shear is forecast to remain low.
