kinda worn out - rain & noise woke me, heavy feeder band of rain training over us - 3 tornadoes reported within 30 minutes about 3 to 5 miles from our home
I usually follow this https://twitter.com/iembot_hgx
and/or this https://nwschat.weather.gov/lsr/
here's today for HGX https://nwschat.weather.gov/lsr/#HGX/201708260500/201708270459/0100
I've been busy trying to respond to text, email, voice mail messages from my HUGE amount of out of state relatives, finally gave up & sent a positive-sounding group email with all the links they need to check for themselves :) I know they are worried, but a sugar coated version was my best thought
about 7+" rain today so far by us https://www.harriscountyfws.org/ not flooded here though it won't take much, considering they are forecasting maybe another foot by Sunday - we are safe, our home very likely won't flood, even though we're between Little Cypress & Cypress Creek, it's on higher elevation, flood ins was not required
strange, I had to log into canetalk to find tornado video from my area of course, I really didn't look here, kinda overwhelmed by disaster news. thanks so much for posting this Chis, I really appreciate it
