I do hope people evacuate. Given the unprecedented nature of the storm, and let's face it, the reluctance at times to issue mandatory evacuations over voluntary ones, I'd evacuate. And do it soon. I believe I heard last night they said some people could wait until this morning and heard something a little bit ago that the flooding had been ahead of schedule.
