Great video, although about 10 minutes in he says if the GFS is right "there's a better
chance that it doesn't bother anybody". Technically true, because it could recurve
without hitting anyone, but even the GFS has impacts occasionally in Bermuda, U.S.
and Canada from there.

He explains the ridge and trough well.

Which I had not seen before today, I like the "Trends" once you click a storm. The blue icon is track trends and the purple, intensity.

X is the actual positions of the storm. The lightest blue is the oldest forecast. Darkest is most recent forecast. You can see how the forecasts change over time and how the storm is doing compared to previous forecasts.
