10 second estimated surface wind by SFMR instrument was 98 knots (113mph) in NE quadrant

98 knots twice in a row. (obs are reported every 30 seconds, but the SFMR is only a 10s estimate) So the NHC's advisory wind speed is correct. They haven't sampled the NW or SE quadrants yet. NW could be a little higher based on storm's movement.
