| Note. In that type of situation, always check and register with Red Cross. That is one thing I did as a Red Cross nurse. ARC has special arrangements to get meds...a big need in shelters too....and a good reason to use a national chain like Walmart or Walgreens etc... Makes it easier to obtain. Opiates for chronic pain...a bit tougher but there is a way usually with a local ED. |
