I agree with Jim on this....all the stuff they mentioned in that article I have no clue what it means, but a meteorologist would understand it. If it works, don't change it. they way I look at it is the current system in place has terms that people can understand. Changing that to something that many don't would make more confusion as to if ppl should evac or not.
