Did they upgrade it? It doesn't look anything like a tropical storm
to me right now. And the fact it's moving as fast as it is will make it harder to organize.
My personal opinion is this doesn't make it more than a weak TS that will stay to the south than what the models are saying since it is going to be weak. |
