I am SO far behind here! I hope his second dose went well. Did he have the Moderna or the Pfizer?
I was able to get mine early in Jan, and then the second dose a couple weeks ago. Should be just today reaching full benefits. I had the Moderna, and no real side effects, but, oddly, 5 days after the second shot developed a very red, swollen & itchy arm at the injection site. Nothing but an annoyance, Solarcane helped.
My Mom gets her second dose of the Pfizer on Monday. I am so hopeful that she has no side effects. She turns 91 next month, and like your grandma, is not always as careful as she probably should be. |
