I had forgot to mention Simulated IR imagery again. The NHC had mentioned it in the 11pm discussion in regard to the Simulated IR imagery from the global models.
The size of it as depicted on there is absolutely massive. I don't know if it will be that large, but clearly, it's going to be an extremely large extratropical storm.
It would appear tropical storm force winds, whether directly associated with the storm or not, could start earlier than Friday evening like I mentioned. It could be late Thursday into early morning Friday when the winds pick up. I don't know when, just be sure to consult local NWS products in the region if you are in the Northeast.
