there continues to be a basically cloud free zone in the delta region of the EPAC assocated with that dam. Un real. Not sure why there hasn't been more discussion on rivers and how they alter climate and weather patterns. Perhaps it's just no one understood or could see the associated electrics like we can today with the technology we have. Meanwhile the drought in Texas continues.
