El Cajon dam -- Mexico and EPAC season

 It's early but again pretty much as predicted the EPAC season is suppressed.  Lightning in the ITCZ in the EPAC continues to also be suppressed in near the delta location in the EPAC (just south of the Gulf of California along the Mexican west coast.) Clouds and lightning pick up on either side of that area. The sub tropical jet continues to be influenced IMHO from that area and the drought in Texas continues.
