SOI moving up again

 This times interestingly with the end of xray activity and the arctic slowing its melting. As I have tried to explain the Arctic melting it's cap doesn't get interesting for another few weeks and then it becomes significant until October or so. BTW SOI moving like this is the severe weather que--except given the dam and how dry Texas is . . . not sure what to expect with a sharply rising SOI like this. Historically rising SOIs have given us storms like the tri state . . . |
