Katy - Houston....I think chances are low due to the grip the surface ridge has on LA and TX. I think it's supposed to oscillated between the two for a few more days and then maybe expand or move more to the north a little. Anyways, been a long while since we have had upper 90's for this long during middle of June. I am hoping for a weakness in the ridge or significant movement to the east or northeast to allow for a southern fetch of moisture to begin |
