Coronal hole has rotated through -- it's already brought us the increase in UV radiation now it's bringing on the solar winds:

Solar winds tend to destablelize(spelling) couplings. Hence I am not surprised that the storm lost some of its core temperature.

It's going to be bleeding hot here the next few days.
