'Personal Opinion' not based in science fact nor fiction  but I have seen others that want to build tunnels to circulate waters so that warm water wants to be replaced by cooler water.. and the thought just scares me.. dont we get it by now  dont mess with mother nature. I can only imagine the consequences of such actions !!
