I think he is lossing his mind. SIROUSLLY, why would you try to stop a hurricane from doing what is normal for them. Hurricanes play big role in other weather pattern's. Trust me, Not intelligent at all dude, dumb dumb dumb...I dont care how much of a scientist you are this is smart at all.
