More Surface Lows developing off CV

This is the second time in a week I have seen a weak surface low around the CV islands.
Latest is at 19N 19W.
This one is also coming along with stronger LL vorticity.
Most models are picking up on it; but still as a cold core.
So, they are not so much as waves now; but more closed LLC's
The wave currently in the mid-Atlantic has been holding onto a faint roll on MIMIC-TPW for the last few days.
SAL is the key now. Still strong on the African coast. Not giving much weight to the Navy SAL forecast now.
West Carib and GOM have been holding onto their unstable air.
Looks like subsidence in the east Carib is diminishing, along with SAL, and could return to more unstable conditions.
Current wave may do some air washing.
