Maybe back into the Carib?

Surface based convection over DR popped early in the day - so may not be just surface based. Pressures lower in the east Carib as opposed to north of Hispaniola. Building a nice cirrus base but cloud tops still around 45K-ft. Need to see something top around 55K-ft.  |
