Considering the way the season's gone so far, I'm not holding my breath for something to develop from it. Like you said, the vorticity has to get back over the water first. If the shear trends down around it after it hits water again, we might see something. Also, if the anti-cyclone relocates closer to the vorticity.
It's a "wait and see" scenario atm. |
