LL Vorticity popping back up

Moving along the north shore of Cuba.
Making the CMC scenario more believable.
With the land interaction, very tough to forecast next step.
More than likely though, Cuba will heat up today and we will see surface-based MCS's fire up this afternoon.
Will it be enough to heat the upper troposphere and kick up a TC?
Need to wait and see.
