Bump up in X-ray flux.

This will be a good test to see if Bill responds and drops in intensity.
I would expect to see a delayed reaction; I am guesssing somewhere on the order of 6 to 12 hrs.
The model in my mind is a two step process:
1) High 03 increase in the topopause from x-ray collisions with O2. 2) Solar heating of the O3 thus increasing the tropopause pressure.
This in-turns pushing the top of the tropopause down into the troposphere thus squeezing the core of Bill.
Let's see what happens.
