1. This is not a cat 4 hurricane. SFMR winds only justify cat 3

2. It may become a cat 4 hurricane later today or tomorrow and remain that way until it is at a latitude of about Hat

3. This will make landfall. Too soon to say if this will be in Canada or New England. All depends upon the strength of the trough. The stronger the trough, the more likely of a USA strike

4. Bermuda may still get TS winds due to the large size of Bill
