Hurricane Ida

Currntly making landfall in central Nicaragua. I think the NHC forecast for time over land may be a bit too much. The steering high to Ida's east may nudge her north rather than NW that in combination with a trough over the Bay of Campeche. The GFDL track looks rediculous but I think that model is considering these two images.  |
