| despite that you would have to have the devices in place well in advance & assume you are in the correct location to affect the core of the hurricane. Also for places like the gulf the shelf is shallow & warm so you would only be bringing up warm water. Well offshore you would have to make sure you are not near a warm water current & know the depth you need to be at,they change all the time. |
