Aligatorpointer;things are not done today according to what is fair and just,I am sure you are very aware of that.If properties are condemend no one will be offerd what those properties were originaly worth even as the government forces people away from the coast.
I live in a small mountain town in Western NC.In 2008 the development boom here collapsed,just as it did in other areas experiencing such booms.About three months ago fairly reliable sources informed me that within the next three years or so at least four major development projects were to be undertaken in this one small town that had no need for these projects  what so ever. I am now wondering if these projects were plannend by people who had some knowledge of what was to transpire on the coast. I am not offering proven facts,I am just attempting to make sense out of some things going on that do not make sense given what we have been told.
