Thank you Bobbi for that response. I echo your sentiments about Louisiana being a sort of poor step child. It makes me angry. And I know that once the oil reaches Fl then it becomes a much bigger issue for the rank and file citizen and the govt. Its depressing. Sometimes you feel as if no one really gives a damn about us down here.
