As long as the LLC NE of Honduras remains intact. No formation will occur south of Haiti or around Jamaica. Strato cumulus streamers are drawing energy from the surface trough further east where the heavy convection is located. This can be seen on visible sat images, as convection is firing on the eastside of the circulation. Conditions are marginal and Unfavarable over the LLC. |
