| 96L moving west northwest at 10-15 mph, if it keeps moving at that speed it won't have a lot of time to get it's act together , i believe it will be doing good to become a tropical depression before reaching the coastline..Alex had much better conditions aloft to work with when it was in the western GOM than 96L currently does....... |
