It seems like when you see the cam of the oil flow it is a loop, ols footage. Why take the cap off and let the full flow gush for 4-6 days or however long. There seems to be other problems that there not saying. If the relief well is so close why mess with the cap again. As always there are so many un answered questions. Whats next?
