The more we know, the more reason to B - Pissed.

Here is another BP fiasco... for which they received a minimal 'slap on the wrist' in fines yet complain that it is not fair to link this previous negligence on their part to the current disaster caused by their ongoing negligence in the Gulf of Mexico.
