They have a terrible contact system. They need something for general questions and not the various things they have:

The weather.com domain has the following email addresses listed through the domain registrar, but they are not meant for the public. They might forward it on perhaps to someone.

Technical Contact:
dnsmanager@weather.com
Maybe someone else knows of an email address. |
