On the 16th of Sept. that year Storm 4 was a few hundred miles off the Carolina coast & Storm 6 was a few hundred mile N of PR.. both very deep storms yet Storm 6 did not follow the "weakness".. one would think that would be automatic with such deep storms this close but as you can see not necessarily. |
