Earl recon over the next few days

Earl is going to get some good coverage over the next few days, from tasked recon by the hurricane center from the NOAA jet and Air Force to research missions by NOAA and NASA.
The NOAA jet should already be on its way, but I have not seen any obs yet. That plane drops sondes only and that data will be excellent for the models to get a much better handle on this storm.

NOAA-42: N42s first flight flight into T.S. Earl will be 0800 UTC takeoff Sunday August 29, with subsequent flights every 12 hrs.
NOAA 43: N43 is flying an IFEX mission into T.S. Earl today with a 2000 UTC takeoff Saturday, August 28. P-3 flights will repeat at 12-hr intervals through the N42 flight at 0800 UTC Monday August 30.
Later flights into PGI36 might begin late Monday or Tuesday
