With moderate to high rain rate.
Some cirrus but no overshooting tops on visible.
Seems to be a shear driven MCS running in about 15 knots of shear.
Just about the right amount to drive deep convection and heat up a core.
IR showing a decent surrounding of stratiform precip for creating a pouch.
Anticyclone to the NE which could reposition itself over the convection as the updraft continues.
This could allow a transition to a TC.
