Estimated position at 9/7/10; 00Z is 17N 42W.

310K thru 340K PV shows good bottom-up development.

360K shows some isolated streamers surrounding him at that time which may alter his track depending how strong he is.

I would say if he is a Cat 2 or less at that point, he should stay on a more west track.
