From what I read, Kelvin tracks W to E. So mayle as it was firing to the East of the vortex, Kelvin came up to its west, bringing hotter air and warmer waters and consolidating?
Just really specullating here. I do not know a thing about Kelvin. Will also keep researching!
But let's watch if this happens again as predicted, this time we may be able to figure something out. |
