I believe it at this point, but I don't SEE what makes it only go NORTH.  The most obvious feature appears to be a HIGH above it, but I'll leave it to the wizards and the models to better read the correct atomospheric levels.  In the meantime, the convection is surely sliding NW.  I wouldn't plan any beach outings on the east coast of Florida....It looks to me like it's gonna rain, regardless of where this tropical feature is.
