| Good points TuffyE, it is due to the fact the the internal dynamics of tropical cyclones are still poorly understood and will continue to be. Tropical Cyclones have different structures that aren't as easy to reliably observe and measure to make sense in a dynamical perspective. At some point we'll get there, mind you it's only been since WW2 that we really even *began* to understand the dynamics of Mid-Lat Cyclones. |
