| Yes I remember how the downtown tunnel flooded and all the water in Portsmouth from Isabel and she came through fast and weaker..I think there is going to be alot of rescues and emergency aid to be made. I hope first responders like you and I can stay safe enough to do the job. This is getting tricky to call. I would think of evacuating south and west but then so many people helped us during our April 16th Tornado that I feel a strong need to stay here and help this time. |
