Irene moves more WNW again............

Satellite pictures this evening shows hurricane Irene moving more WNW than NW again. With

higher surface pressures continuing to her north. I expect to see more WNW movement in the

track and may bring tropical storm conditions over the coastal counties of eastern Florida later

on Thursday afternoon. If this trend continues. I have seen pressures near 1019 mb still north of

the storm. This means the high pressure ridge is not braking down too fast. Will see what

happens overnight and early Thursday morning.
