At least you have insurance.  My insurance company cancelled my homeowners insurance at the end of June because they wanted to reduce their exposure to hurricanes.  The only replacement insurance I could get was with Citizens, which is the insurer of last resort in Florida.  Very few companies are writing policies in Florida these days, especially if you are considered to live in a high risk zip code.
