Great video. I'm particularly disturbed by the Euro model run he discusses at about 7:28, as that run shows a 921 mb storm over North Carolina. I cannot imagine the gulf stream would fuel this system so much that it would drop nearly 30 mb in pressure. I think that is overblown, and I KNOW that would be an unmitigated catastrophe like we have not seen in many decades. I understand that the Gulf stream stands a chance of helping this storm deepen a bit in the next 24-36 hours, but 30 mb? I think not, and I most certainly HOPE not! |
